16.1 What this service does

Searchwell connects to your Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Bing Webmaster Tools accounts, crawls your website, and identifies technical issues that may affect how search engines index and rank your site. Where possible, the Service can apply fixes or show you exactly where to apply them.

• Search engines control crawl, index, and rank — not Searchwell.
• Fixing a technical issue does not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue.
• Automated diagnostics can be wrong. Review suggested fixes when we give you that option.
• You may disable automatic fixes at any time in Settings.

16.2 Definition of “Verified Fixed”

An issue is marked Verified Fixed when, after an applied fix, the relevant API confirms the original condition is gone, and that confirmation persists across at least 2 consecutive automated re-checks spaced at least 7 days apart. If that does not happen within 30 days, the issue is marked Fix Attempted — Not Verified and no charge occurs.

Verified Fixed does not mean rankings, traffic, or revenue improved. The dashboard always shows the underlying evidence.

16.5 Billing terms

Card authorization happens the first time you click Apply Fix — not at signup. A flat $49/month site-health subscription begins only after at least one issue reaches Verified Fixed. That plan covers continued monitoring and further fixes. If a previously verified issue regresses, we re-fix it under the existing subscription at no extra charge. Cancel anytime; it takes effect at the end of the current period.

16.7–16.8 Warranty and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEARCHWELL DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100. Confirm enforceability with counsel.
